I have tremors for 2 years, it's progressed now and I'm not able to write due to some kind of trigger,I can't hold my pen because of loose grip and i m having crying spells at night, suicidal thoughts and having difficulty in falling asleep, i am tired all time.

Hi Thanks for seeking help here. Tremor is of many reasons. You may have essential tremor or Parkinson or cerebellar origin or anxiety. But all tremor may respond to propranolol except Parkinson.
