The above mentioned symptoms are need to be more descriptive to understand it better. The suicidal thought however could be due to depression, as you mentioned that you suffered from depression 2 years back. It could be possible that you might have not recovered completely. Try consulting a clinical psychologist or a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and management. Also try scheduling your day by including study hours and try to follow it so that you do all the activities daily and not develop that fear.
