Can you prescribe Iron tab for my 2nd trimester pregnancy. Currently am taking Livogen XT! Problem is am having iron parameter is 10

Hi...its good tablet ..continue with that...take it empty stomach or 1 hr after or before meals...to enhance absorption you can add citrus fruits like  orange ...or lemon water..use green leafy vegetable spinach  and pomegranate.  .

Livogen XT is good Just add Syp Dexorange two spoons three times a day for a month Tablet Albendazole 400 mg at bedtime once only today yo clear any worms

Your anaemia should be worked up. Continue the iron tablet. Please get HPLC test  for thal trait status , and b 12 , folic acid. Hb does drop in the second trimester physiologically too due to hemodilution. You can take a consultation for detailed work up.
