Hii  each teaspoon is 5 grams of carbs its give 20 kcal ,yes its advisable, and remember if your non diabetic you can take.you take 2 portions like morning 2 teaspoon, evng 2 teaspoon. If you're non diabetic,not obesity person you can take up to 6 teaspoon/day
