Suffering ulcers from 1 month

I have chronic pheynenjitis from 2month i take lot of antibiotics and anty acidity medicine.i have also throat pain near about 1 month but at the time ok.i have lever problem.when i have pheynenjitis frequently small time of ulcer come in my tounge and check.i am all time tensed about my throat pain.

Do salt water gargling... Apply mucogel all over the mouth wherever u feel ulcer problems. Take A2Z multivitamin tablets for one month daily once after food suggested. Do not smoke, drink, or pan, guthka, etc Do not eat oily, spicy , hot food. Let me know after whether your problem is solved or not
