Suffering pain in left leg calf

From last 2 days,i am feeling pain in left leg calf which makes uncomfortable to walk. Though there is no swelling.

Your symptom is very generic. Any suggestion would be harmful. Pain in calf may be of any reason. Like 1. Injury 2. Hypoxia 3. Anemia 4. Muscle sprain 5. Ligament Strain 6. Any other pathology With out knowing cannot suggest. Visit nearest Physiotherapist or Physician. They may be able to help you.

It's due to less water intake ..or may be some hard works

drink more water...eat fruits..take hot pack on calf muscle..do vigorous ankle foot movement..massage your thigh and calf muscle

It might be due to Less water intake or any severe strenous activity
