I am regularly suffering from mouth ulcer.I take lotion for it but it was not permanent cure .

Ulcers are caused because of either trauma, stress, improper diet and lifestyle as well as other reasons. So visit a doctor if it's a ulcer of less than 15 days apply a lignocaine gel it will diminish or else a proper examination needs to be done

If the ulcers are small , less than half a centimeter in size, and go away after 7 days. Then it is most likely aphtous ulcers, there is nothing to worry about. Such ulcers maybe related to stress. That said, it will be good to visit a dentist and get it checked.
