Hi Don't worry about fever just climate change Do you have tonsillitis? Orbital pain? When started Fever what time on&off & since long? Throt dry bcz body dehydration If have not comfortable after 2days Do test (widal & dengue test) If you have any doubt &any pain  consult me I hope you like my explaination comments me
