Suffering from back pain

I have been having lower back pain for the last 2 years. If I am sitting continuously more than one hour then pain will start.

1.Do back strengthening exs .    Like back isometric,core stability exs, back extension exs, abdomen exs 2. Consult a physiotherapist. 3.the therapist may apply IFT or us therapy for pain relief 4. Apply hot pack.
