Suddenly falling down

Hi all...sir actually laat weekend I went tirumala...by walking on steps to tirumala...starting after 450 steps...suddenly eyes turning started...after 1 min suddenly I fallen down with out conscious...then after 4 min i will come back to normal stage... Then I will be fine...i dont have any issues before.. Like bp...why it's happened like this...is there any heart prblm related issues... I am scaring please guide me sir😌😌😌

It may have been a fainting episode during exertion ie you had climbed 450 stairs and experienced it.It could be due to inner ear issue , cervical spine disorder, heart related and orthostatic where your BP drops down or hypoglycemia Any type of fainting attacks need to be evaluated Get your CBC, ECG and if required echocardiogram

Get a cbc tested.you may be anemic.its also possible you were hypoglycemic at that time or dehydrated.
