hello, you need to visit a dentist. get an x-ray done. if there is infection below the roots, you need to get a treatment done for the same

I think instead of taking any medication she should visit a nearby dentist soon so dat dental xray can be taken in relation to respective tooth n reason for swelling can be rule out.
