Sudden knee pain

I have pain in the back of both my knees and it stops after a few days but whenever I try to run, the nerves in my knees are stretched and painful. I can't run even if I want to.

Start your your running as short distance at slow pace. Gradually increase the distance  and speed.

It can be due to Internal derangement of knee.. There are ligaments and meniscus in knee which can cause sudden pain if not functioning properly..
