If psychological issues are left unattended along with poor routine, i.e., unhealthy meals, inadequate and random sleep cycles, lack of physical activity, etc. It starts reflecting in the form of psychosomatic symptoms. Trying to diagnose on your own and reading too much online only makes condition worse. These issues can be easily addressed using therapeutic interventions like CBT, etc. but when the situation worsen due to delay in initiating treatment, use of medications becomes necessary. Early intervention is always easy and best but most people ignore these early signs.
