I see that you are experiencing some concerns in managing your emotions of anger and anxiety. You've mentioned that you are going through many challenging situations which are contributing to these overwhelming emotions. I can understand how distressing this may be for you. It is natural for a person to find it difficult to regulate their emotions when going through a difficult period. Anger is usually a sign that there are many underlying emotions that need to be addressed. The experience of panic and anxiety can certainly be exhausting. Although there are certain general coping mechanisms that you can use like self-care, meditation, proper nutrition and exercise, sufficient sleep, etc, it can be beneficial if you connect with a counselor. Each individual is unique, and different tools/techniques may work for different people. Also, every person's situation and emotional capacities are different as well. Hence, a counselor can help you become aware of these capacities, and help you manage things better. The counselor will also be able to provide you with a non-judgemental and safe space to share all your concerns. Sometimes, sharing our heart out may not directly resolve the concern, but can help us feel supported and calmer. I hope this helps.
