Overthinking definitely is the result of negative feelings of fear guilt etc. Till you get rid of these feelings, you will find it difficult to be happy..
A simple suggestion, change your focus from living in the future, coz that is what is creating a shiver in your mind...
Trust the process of life and live in the present...each one of us is given the strength to face whatever challenges we face....but ofcourse the challenges which are real and not hypothetical (something which is just a creation of your mind and not real)
You could take help from a therapist to assist you get rid of these feelings in case you are unable to deal with it yourself....it's okay to ask for help
