I need to reduce the stress problem which occurs in office and house also due to that I got angry with other peoples

fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..Consult nearest psychiatrist as you require detailed counseling session and you may require special techniques and procedures to reduce your stress...good luck.
