Stress followed by procrastination

I am feeling stressed and not able to concentrate for my fast approaching exams though I have studied every thing. I am not able to follow me routine and am tensed

As per your statement you're very anxious about your exams ,need not bother too much about exams because it leads to physical illness be relaxed and take a deep breath when you feel tensed. Do some meditation which helps you to get rid of your tension. All the best for your upcoming exams.
