This is most likely an anal fissure, not something serious And you should visit a Proctologist but if not available  you can go to general surgeon or any good experience general physician
Next Steps
Start stool softener + hydration + sitz bath immediately means Sit in warm water for 10–15 min, 2–3 times/day and apply Lidocaine for pain anal area
Health Tips
Water: 2.5–3 liters/day minimum eat Fruits like  papaya, banana, and guava Oats, vegetables, flax seeds Avoid: all the Spicy food, Junk/low-fiber diet

Based on your description: Most likely cause: Anal fissure (small tear in anal skin due to hard stool) — very common, especially with dehydration or low fiber intake. What you can do now: Increase water intake (2–3 liters/day) Eat high-fiber foods (fruits, vegetables, oats, pulses) Consider stool softeners / mild laxatives like Cremaffin or lactulose Warm sitz baths 2–3 times/day to relieve pain Avoid straining during bowel movements Keep the area clean and dry See a doctor urgently if: Bleeding increases or becomes bright red in large quantity Fever, abdominal pain, or black/tarry stools Pain persists more than a few days Most anal fissures heal within 1–2 weeks with proper care. For proper evaluation and prescription guidance,  text me on Practo.
