I pass dally stool . however never in the morning I feel pressure to go the toilet . Is there anyway to feel pressure in the morning

Try to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water everyday . Include more of fibre in your diet like more of fresh fruits and vegetables . Exercise at least 35-40 minutes a day. We can help you treat that. Drink warm water empty stomach. Eat include mor salad and fruits in ur meal. Take Trifla churna at bed time. Abhyaristha twice a day after meal

U can take 2 -3 banana with milk at evening , Abhayarista 4 tsf bid with equal amount of water after meals,Drink lukewarm water whole day, Pomegranate juice coconut water

Drink a glass or two, water in the morning after brushing ur teeth. Or Drink warm water at night after food before sleeping. Eat plenty of vegetables fruits greengram sprouts in everyday meals. Drink enough water,buttermilk. Avoid spicy oily foods,fastfoods,preserved foods,bakeryfoods. Sleep leisurely at night for six hrs atleast. Walk yoga exercise for an hour to keep urself fit and healthy.
