Hi What are your symptoms? Incase of Symptomatic gall stone disease, it is advisable to have a surgery for gall bladder removal. Considering your age, I would not suggest conservative management. The risks of gall stones over time are acute cholecystitis, jaundice secondary to CBD stones, Cholangitis, Pancreatitis etc.

Hi If you have symptoms of stone than surgery is required. Medication can be tried but positive result would be in 20% cases. For details better to consult
