Stomach problems gas constipation piles

Respected Sir, Iam suffering from stomach problems such as gas constipation piles and my query is can I eat only buttermilk rice at night and can I eat banana, please suggest me how to overcome this problem sir

Hi Yes you can take But avoid spicy food, junk food, maida and it's products, Do regular exercise for 30 min , sleep for 7-8 hrs Drink enough water 2-3 lit daily
