If the pain is due to gastritis, ibugesic is more likely to increase the pain. Kindly do not give medicines to your child without consulting a physician. You can give tablet pan 20 to your daughter. In case of an emergency visit a paediatrician in person.

You can give Cyclopam to your daughter even if she has already taken Ibugesic Plus, as the two medicines work differently and are generally safe when used a few hours apart. Ibugesic Plus helps with inflammation and fever, whereas Cyclopam is used for cramp-like abdominal pain.
Next Steps
Make sure there is at least a 3–4 hour gap between the two doses. If the pain is due to gas, acidity, or spasms, Cyclopam often provides better relief. Give her plenty of fluids, a light diet, and avoid oily or heavy foods for the day. However, if the pain becomes severe, localised to the right lower abdomen, associated with repeated vomiting, fever, loose motions, or she cannot stand straight due to pain, she should be examined in person to rule out appendicitis or infection.
Health Tips
Its always wise to visit a paediatrician before handling any chronic abdominal pain for your daughter. Good luck!

Being a pediatrician i recommend you to first look for the cause and after what type of pain it is , because the both mechanism have different mechanisms of action and can be used simultaneously but it's better not to self medicate Consult with proper history and if need with evaluation also for a better approach to the case

Yes, you can give Cyclopam after Ibugesic Plus, but keep at least 6 hours gap from the ibuprofen-containing medicine if possible. Important points: Ibugesic Plus = ibuprofen + paracetamol (pain/fever) Cyclopam = dicyclomine (for cramps/spasm) They work differently, so they can be used in the same day, but avoid giving them immediately back-to-back unless pain is severe. Safer approach: If cramps/spasm suspected → You may give Cyclopam now. If pain is not severe → wait 4–6 hours after Ibugesic Plus before giving anything else. Other suggestions: Give warm water or a warm compress on the stomach. Check if pain improves after passing stool or gas. Avoid heavy/oily food for a few hours. Seek medical review if: Persistent pain > 12–24 hours Vomiting, fever, severe tenderness, or very localized right-lower abdominal pain (appendix concern)
