Stomach issue

I sometimes see my stool comes red colour. I don't know if it is blood or not. I have done haemoglobin test and it came 13.6. I think if it is blood in stool then haemoglobin must come low. I have done stool routine test also . In the routine test it came that blood is present in stool but there is no occult blood. So please guide.
