He sprained his foot while skipping, it twisted. There is slight swelling from the outer ankle to the middle of the foot. Unable to walk easily there is some pain and discomfort. Unable to meet my regular dr s
Please get x ray of foot , there may be fractures/ ligaments injury.
Till then use creepe bandage and keep limb elevated over pillow.
