I am going through spotting issues but i dont have regular monthly periods, so I consulted dr on practo, she said to take Diane 35 on 2nd day of periods.. from 29th april to 7th may I had periods.. from 13th may again spotting but it's giving me cramps.. is this periods? How to know? I asked her on follow up but didn't get reply yet... my tvs scan shows early adenomyosis change ... how to go about? I was told to lose weight n take Diane 35 for 3 months.. please guide..

Get urself examined and take a pap smear test and also vaginal swab.spotting usually can occur if thete is polyp or infection.rule out tat and then treat if there is infection.losing weight wil help if u are obese.diane 35 for 3 months can help.connect for further guidance.
