An exact diagnosis is not possible from one photograph. These small red spots may be irritation, insect bites or folliculitis, but the rash needs examination if it persists or spreads.
Avoid steroid/combination creams without advice. Seek urgent care if you develop fever, pain, blisters, purple spots, bleeding, facial swelling or breathing difficulty.
