Spondylosis and fingers numb

Sir I am suffering from 2007 with chronic diffuse disc bulges c4-c6 with central protrusion, narrowing the canal diameter and indentation of spinal cord and cord compression with T2W hyperintensity at these level and bilateral uncovertebral osteophytes at c4-c6 as per Mir report done at Chennai in 2007. From then my left hand and all left fingers became numb and sensation decreased. I can no feel what I grip with my closed eyes.walking difficulties.
