From the last 3 yrs , i am fighting with this pain , every year it came and last upto 10 days , help

However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Have u had a viral fever like Chikanguniya or Dengue .. it could be its sequelae .. Simple Tab Paracetamol 650 mg BD and avoiding trigger factors like cold during the period is advised . Take care
