Speed up weight loss

I have upma/poha for breakfast, a brown bread, and two boiled eggs mixed with fried onion for lunch, handful of peanuts in evening as snacks and a bowl of Daal at night. I also have 4-5 cups of green tea daily. I work out in gym every morning for an hour- both cardio and weights on alternate days for 5 days a week. Inspite of it, I am losing some 2 kgs a month. How do I lose fat at a faster rate
