Hi Sir Soya proteins twice a day is not recommended. We should always have a diverse approach towards meals . Add curd , cheese , chicken , fish , dal and sprouts in each meals. Amino acids must be taken from different sources to balance protein requirements

Yes you can take 1 or 2 sachets depending on your protein needs. You need 0.8-1 gram protein per kilogram of your body weight. If you’re not able to meet requirements through diet, take a supplement
