If you don't have pain coming along with the sound from your knee ,arms or neck you have nothing to worry. If you are having pain then you need to be checked. If your legs are feeling tired at the end of the day it may be due to over exertion/  sometimes due to vitamin deficiency or electrolyte imbalances.
