You should avoid pan masala completely. Ulcers might be because of vitamin b deficiency or sharp tooth too. Apply dologel 2-3 times daily. Start B complex capsule supplement and also eat food that's rich in vitamin B such as sprouts, yogurt (dahi), brown rice, almonds, milk, cheese, leafy vegetables and if you prefer nonveg, meat, egg can also help. Consult dentist if not resolved.

Quit pan masala too. Use mouth wash hexidin, observe for 15 days. If not cure, consult with oral medicine specialist.

Hi,the ulcer may be due to sharp edges of teeth,or vitamin B deficiency,use Dologel CT ointment twice daily after meals,and consultation with a dentist in person is mandatory.Avoid spicy and sharp foods for few days,also avoid eating from affected side.
