I have extremely sore gums ... first the pain started form the wisdom tooth area, then it exceeded to my lower gums and now complete mouth is sore and swelled up

Kindly start on Amoxicillin 500mg three twice for 5 days. Do warm salt water gargle thrice daily Then visit a dentist.. Mostly for extraction
