Something inside my cheek

I have something soft inside my cheek from last 6 months near my third molar, it used to be small but now a days i can feel it, it never pains but i feel uncomfortable and it is some what long now.. what should i do know

It is cheek bite. Most common  in last molar region.
Next Steps
consult  dentist  for discomfort. After visual examination  they tell what to do.Generally selective  grinding is done to protect cheek from more trauma.
