Hello! Based on your description and attached images, it appears to be folliculitis or possibly a sebaceous cyst. Since it has been present for weeks without reducing in size and is painful to touch, it could indicate an underlying infection. Recommendations: Apply warm compresses: This can help reduce inflammation and promote healing. Topical antibiotic: Apply mupirocin 2% ointment twice daily. Oral antibiotics (if painful and persistent): Consider a course of Cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5 days (consult a doctor before starting). Avoid squeezing or scratching to prevent worsening infection. If the lesion increases in size, becomes more painful, or starts draining pus, it may need a minor procedure like incision and drainage. I suggest consulting a specialist for a detailed evaluation and the best treatment plan.
