Tried eye drops supplied by government numerous times. Sadly no effect. It actually cure on its own after some time but comes back fast that it becomes hard to guess when it goes and come back. In other words, a problem that doesn't seem to disappear permanently. It feels like a needle is being pierced but luckily feels that sometimes only.
In the attached pic, the red circled area is the part which stings like a needle (sometimes tho).

Hi. This looks like an internal stye. Mostly happens due to a clogged duct of glands in the eyes which keep eyes lubricated. These come and go on their own. If too much discomfort, kindly apply hot compress on the affected eye. This may unclogg the duct and relieve symptoms.
