Sometimes tooth color is naturally yellow. So if they are naturally yellowish white then you can go for bleaching. But dont over brush your teeth, as rigorous over brushing can cause chipping of superficial layers of tooth and cause tooth sensitivity. Hi mam, A very good morning.. Have  a wonderful day ahead.. Brushing teeth more vigorously n frequently.. Removes the outer layer of teeth ie enamel... Which gives white color.. Since ur dentin is exposed.. It gives u yellow color feeling even after cleaning u feel itz yellow.. So first stop brushing vigorously  n avoid brushing too many times ur increasing risk for tooth sensitivity.. Start a good n proper technique for brushing with good toothpaste like sensodyne to avoid sensitivity then consult ur doctor for teeth whitening procedure..

Hello First of all we need to evaluate whether this yellowness of teeth is extrinsic or intrinsic. Extrinsic yellowness means there is some flaw in your toothbrushing technique and you need to get your teeth cleaned but if the tooth has intrinsic yellow color means that is natural color of your teeth which cannot be cleaned by tooth cleaning and that needs other treatments like bleaching or crowns. I guess what you want is bleaching. Cleaning would remove plaque accumulation but bleaching would give whiteness
