Sodium level

My father has done a test and there are few things which are low below the recommended level in the report . We are concerned about the sodium level which is 124.5 mEq/L. He had consulted a physician and doctor recommended to take T Tolvat (30) 4 tablets . But we want to double check with experts  like is it safe to take sodium medicine as it may have side effects. He had  mild BP and diabetes . I am attaching report . Please suggest

Please share details of your Father's symptoms and treatment being taken.  Is he on some diuretic?Usually low sodium corrects within 2 to 3 days  with treatment and treatment is not necessary for long.
