Social phobia and anxiety disorder

I think I've been suffering from sever social phobia and panic attack and other depression related problems for the past 20 + years. I panic and heartbeat rate increases whenever I talk to my company managers & management. I worry about many social issues. I have suffered a lot from my childhood and have been alone/single all my whole life. Do I need to get medical help? I'm too embarrassed/shy to say this to anyone.

Hello ! By the history you’ve provided here it seems you’re suffering from significant anxiety and related issues. If it’s severe enough to cause marked distress or substantially interfere with your daily activities ( which seems to be in your case ) I will highly recommend you to seek help from a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist. It’s a very common thing to have anxiety and stress related disorders with prevalence rate of up to 15% in general population. So don’t feel shy and seek help for a stress free future. Thanks and regards.
