Dear Madam....... Welcome to Practo I understand the kind of distress you are going through. The condition which you are undergoing is called Social anxiety. Along with symptoms you have mentioned there will be other features like not able to do presentations in front of crowds, avoiding social gatherings, being evaluated by others due to which you will be anxious and would interfere in your performance, social life and occupational life as well. Do not worry at all. Since you are not the one who is going through this. There are lot of individuals who undergo similar issues. There is pharmacotherapy as well as psychotherapy for these issues. Consult a psychiatrist at the earliest and seek his/her help.
