Hello mam /sir i am having social anxiety,pre mature ejaculation, depression issues from many years but I tried to handle/overcome without meds but when they become uncontrollable i went to doc, and she prescribed me bupropion SERTRALINE. its day 2 on SSRI and i am having some kind of tingling feeling specially when i yawn or do weight lifting in gym. it feels like very subtle orgasm kind of feeling. and earlier i had pre mature ejaculation and from day 2 on SERTRALINE,i stopped having orgasm at all. does that feeling during weight lifting or yawning, common during SSRI?

These are the rare side effects of SSRI which you are facing. Usually such side effects go away within few days after starting the medication. If you see such side effects even after 2 weeks then medication has to be discontinued or changed. I suggest you ti wait for few more days and see how it goes. All the best
