Hi
1. You seem to be having 'persistent moderate allergic rhinitis'. But please see an ENT specialist to rule out sinusitis by a nasal endoscopy. Please continue using a corticosteroid based nasal spray daily. Montelukast with anti histamine too can be continued for better control.
2. You seem to be having UACS - Upper Airway Cough syndrome; yes it could be related to your atopy/uncontrolled rhinitis causing post nasal drip and throat irritation. If you feel you have food allergy- consult a Pulmonologist for a food allergy skin test
Thank you
