Small lump behind ear likely lymph node

2024-06-19 06:45:31
The lump is seen since 3-4 days and it is painless. I have a history of allergy sneezes due to weather changes or dust. Allergy was acting up since last 3-4 days. Consulted a doctor and usg was suggested. The report states- "Well defined hypochoic lesion measuring around ~7 x 2.4 mm noted in subcutaneous plane. It shows central fatty hilum and internal vascularity. -- features likely of mildly enlarged retroauricular lymph node." Should this be concerning? Any help in understanding the report would be appreciated.

You'll have to get a physical examination. DOCTOR might suggest FNAC test to see what kind of swelling is this.
