Impression of MRI LS WITH WSS. KINDLY GUIDE Loss of the normal lumbar lordosis with spondylotic changes at L3, L4 & L5. Diffuse disc bulge with mild protrusion & annular tear at L2-3 causing compression over the ventral thecal sac & bilateral lateral nerve root recess & exit foraminae with mild spinal canal stenosis. Diffuse disc bulges with posterocentral protrusion & annular tear at L4-5 causing compression over the ventral thecal sac & bilateral lateral nerve root recess & exit foraminae with mild spinal canal stenosis. uu Diffuse disc bulge at L3-4 causing compression over the ventral thecal sac & bilateral lateral nerve root recess & exit foraminae . As compared to the previous MRI report date 20/03/2019, there is looks to be significant increase in the diffuse disc bulges at L2-L3 & L4-5 levels with spinal canal stenosis noted on today’s F/U study.
