1. Broad based posterocentral I right paracentral disc protrusion at L4-5 level causing indentation upon the theca! sac, mild to moderate narrowing of bilateral neural foramina I right lateral spinal recess with impingement of the right L5 traversing nerve root. Moderate central canal stenosis is seen. Bilateral facet joint arthropathy is seen. 2. Broad based posterocentral disc protrusion at L5-S1 level causing indentation upon the thecal sac and mild narrowing of bilateral lateral 10.
