I have little bit siatic nerve pain down side in lumbar. Unable to bend forward properly and sometime when i perform excercises. I feel the paim

Don’t jump with sciatica nerve pain , sciatica pain radiating till the ankle So u may have some dysfunction with lumbar or secral joints If u have any reports u can send here
