It's difficult to determine the exact healing process without examining your medical history and reviewing your X-rays. However, in most cases, bone union should still occur even without bone grafting. The IM titanium nailing with screws that you received in your second surgery is designed to stabilize the fracture and promote healing. The bone may take longer to heal without a bone graft, but it is possible for the bone to unite. You should follow up with your doctor regularly to monitor the progress of your healing and address any concerns or complications that may arise.
