Slightly patulous CX closed internal OS

During my 23 week pregnancy scan (transvaginal), it is mentioned that cervix length is 3.3 cm .Cervix is slightly patulous but internal os is closed Is there any action needed on this ?

Length of the cervix is adequate which is more than 2.5cm .So no need to worry

If you had no history of previous preterm deliveries or preterm leaking then nothing else is required. Cervical length more than 2.5 cm is adequate and internal os is also closed, so there is no need for any further testing or treatment.
