Sleeping problem

Hey I can't able to sleep from last 12 days at all One month ago I had covid... But that time i didn't face any problem but suddenly from last 12 days i can't sleep.. At all i have also taken 2 sleeping pills but it didn't work please suggest me someone what should I do.. I m realy worried about it..

If you are not in a profession where you have to work at night , then you can take a sleeping pill at night. After 5 days you can stop the sleeping pill and see if you can get some sleep. But don't ask for prescription because it can't be given by Tele-consultation. Consult a General Physician in your area.

Hi., I can understand your concern It can be due to anxiety which is normally seen in covid recovered patients. Don't  stress. Plan for proper diet Avoid oily processed foods. Plan for yoga.
