Sleeping issue

Since the lockdown started my sleeping schedule is properly messed up. I cannot sleep before 3-4 am and then I wake up at around 11 am - 12 pm. I tried really really hard to sleep on time but it's not working. I get up late everyday and then the whole day I feel tired. What do you think I should do to adjust my body clock back to normal. I have tried hard enough but sleeping on time is not working. Please suggest.
